Our goal is to offer you the best and fastest shipping service, no matter where you live. and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business day after full payment is received. The tracking number will be updated as soon as it's available and be sent to our Build The Power Members, so we strongly suggest you register as a Build The Power Member. If the item you ordered is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be contacted by our customer service representatives. You can choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.

Note:

1. Standard shipping does not offer signature service, we are not responsible for a lost/stolen package if there is evidence to show your order has been delivered. But we'll do our best to help you to claim back the lost. 
2. Customs fee not included for standard shipping. Please be noted that international shipping to some countries other than the US might result in customs fee.
3. US FREE shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico area. Please contact us for detailed shipping fee.

Warranty, Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return for US/CA/EU orders. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
For international order, return accepted only for wrong or defective products intimated within 48 hours of delivery

Customer should be responsible for the (return) shipping cost in the following situations

• Change of mind after order is shipped out or ordered the wrong item.
• Returning items claimed to be defective but found to be in proper working condition by Build The Power quality control.
• Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@buildthepower.com
