Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfilment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Transit times vary from 3-7 business days (Mon-Fri).

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimate 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping is currently FREE on all items within The United States

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@buildthepower.com.

No Shipping outside the USA. 

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our Website is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Our Website is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
