Jackery SolarSaga Parallel Cable is a dedicated cable for charging the Jackery Explorer 880/1000 and can connect the solar panel of DC output and a portable power station with Anderson input. 

Tips: This connection cable can not support Explorer 1500/550/290.

It is possible to charge the Jackery Portable Power Station Explorer 880 and Explorer 1000 by connecting two Jackery SolarSaga 100W solar panels in parallel.

It can be fully charged in about 6.5 hours for Explorer 880 and 7.5 hours for Explorer 1000 with two SolarSaga 100W solar panels.

      We currently offer free delivery to the contiguous US excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

      Shipping Fee & Time
      Orders usually deliver within 2-5 business days after checkout. Delivery time via FedEx may vary due to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.

      Please note that we temporarily do not support a specific delivery date.

      Shipping Carrier
      We use FedEx as our carrier for order delivery. No signature is required during dispatch. If you can not receive the package or need any other help in terms of delivery, please contact sales@buildthepower.com

      Shiping Address
      Please ensure that the address you provided on your order is correct. Once an order is placed, you will no longer be able to change the address.

      If your order is shipped to the wrong address, please contact customer support and we'll respond immediately to correct the address and resend the package to you.

      Please note addresses containing P.O. Box/APO/FPO/DPO are not acceptable for delivery.

      Shipping Information
      Once the order has been shipped, we'll send you an order confirmation email including order details and the tracking number.

      Please note that if your order includes more than one item, it will be shipped out in different packages and may not arrive on the same day. It usually takes 5-7 days for you to receive your order. However, please contact us via email at hsales@buildthepower.com if you have not received it within this timeframe. We'll be happy to help.

      Order Cancellation & Changes
      Once an order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, we cannot make any changes to the order. Any cancellation requests for unfulfilled orders are not guaranteed. If after a cancellation request was made and your order was delivered, you can inform the driver that you wish to reject the delivery so that it will be returned back to our warehouse or contact us to request pre-paid return labels to ship the item(s) back to us. Once we have received your return package(s) at our warehouse, your refund will be processed in 2-4 business days back to your original payment method on file. Please contact us via email sales@buildthepower.com if you have any further inquiries.

      Lost or Stolen Items
      If you've noticed that your items have either been lost or stolen upon delivery, please wait 24-48 hours as sometimes there is a discrepancy between delivery and delivery status. If after 48 hours and the item is still missing, please follow the following steps:

      1. View order details and verify the shipping address entered while placing the order was correct

      2. Check the tracking information on the carrier's website (Fedex) to see if there are any pictures of the delivery. If the tracking page does have the delivery picture, try looking for the package in that area

      3. Check with your neighbors as sometimes shipments may be delivered to the wrong address

      4. Contact FedEx and check if there is more information about the location of the package, if they confirm it was delivered to the correct address, please file a case number (not a claim number) for a missing delivery

      5. Contact your local law enforcement and file a police report on the missing items

      6. Once you have the case number and a police report, please Build The Power customer service so we can assist you to the best of our ability.

      Warranty & Return Policy
      Limited Warranty
      Build The Power warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Build The Power product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.

      This warranty statement sets forth Build The Power's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

      Warranty Period
      The warranty period for Build The Power products is 24 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

      Software Suppport Period

      During the lifespan/warranty of the device, the software maintenance service is provided.

      Exchange
      Build The Power will replace (at Build The Power's expense) any Build The Power product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

      Exclusions

      Build The Power's warranty does not apply to:

      ·Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Build The Power's current product literature.
      ·Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
      ·Any product purchased through an online auction house.
      ·Build The Power's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 6 months thereafter.

      Refund

      Build The Power offers a 30-day money back guarantee for goods purchased directly from BuildThePower.com. We are confident that you will love your new Build The Power product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product and confirm the validity, we will refund the full purchase price.

      To return an item, please contact us via email sales@buildthepower.com during our normal business hours. In order to return your product under the 30-day return policy, please check that:

      You have purchased the product directly from BuildThePower.com. You contact Build The Power and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date. The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, and be accompanied with a return authorization number.

      Late or missing refunds

      If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@buildthepower.com.

      Return & Refund Conditions
      Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, Build The Power reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that Build The Power does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

      Product that is custom configured or branded to your specifications.
      Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.

      How to Return an Item

      To return an item you'll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Build The Power will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can get an RMA form by contacting us via telephone or email for assistance.

      Process for Returning Product

      1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
      All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact Build The Power at sales@buildthepower.com for assistance.

      2. Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.
      RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to Build The Power. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
