The Fronius Primo stands out among its competitors with its integrated features, including dual power point trackers, a high system voltage, a broad input voltage range, and versatile indoor and outdoor use. Noteworthy attributes encompass the SunSpec Modbus interface for seamless monitoring and datalogging, Arc Fault Circuit Interruption (AFCI), integrated fuse holders, and the user-friendly Fronius Solar.web online and mobile platform. Engineered to adapt to evolving standards, the Fronius Primo serves as a comprehensive solution to future code restrictions and technical advancements. It seamlessly pairs with the Fronius Rapid Shutdown Box, ensuring a reliable NEC 2014 compliant solution. Additionally, this solution is now offered with a Revenue Grade Metering option, fully integrated.

The unit boasts an extra-wide DC input range of 150VDC to 1000VDC (600VDC max. for residential installations) and a Dual MPPT input with a very wide operating window of 240VDC to 480VDC, facilitating ultimate ease in array design. Other features include free monitoring, NEC 2011 (AFCI) compliance, NEC 2014 (Rapid Shutdown) compliance, utilization of the Fronius standard SnapINverter Mounting system, and incorporation of Advanced Grid Features.

Delivery Information

Parcel Delivery

  • Express Air Delivery (Mainland US) - Delivery will arrive within 1-3 working days from when the order was placed, based on a 3pm cut off time. Please note Express delivery is not available to certain remote areas in the US. Certain zip codes can upgrade delivery to a timed service, however, this is not always guaranteed. Our standard courier for Express delivery is UPS.
  • Standard Ground Freight Delivery - Delivery will be made within 1-5 working days of placing your order, depending on your location. It will be made between Monday and Friday anytime between 8am and 7pm. It is unlikely but in some circumstances, it is possible for some couriers to deliver out with these hours. Our standard courier is UPS, to check transit times visit - UPS
  • International Delivery - Delivery varies depending on location, clarification of estimated transit time will be confirmed on order despatch. Please be aware that customs clearance timescales are out with our influence. Air and sea freight options are available.


Pallet Delivery

  • Express Pallet Delivery - Delivery will arrive within 1-3 working day from when the order was placed, based on a 3pm cut off time for mainland US orders. Please note next day delivery is not available to certain remote areas/zip codes. Certain zip codes can upgrade delivery to a timed service, however this is not always guaranteed. Pallets will be transported using one of our pallet forwarding partners.
  • Standard Pallet Delivery - Delivery will be made within 3-7 working days of placing your order to the lower 48 states. It will be made between Monday and Friday anytime between 8am and 7pm. It is unlikely but in some circumstances it is possible for some couriers to deliver out with these hours.
  • International Delivery - Delivery varies depending on location, clarification of estimated transit time will be confirmed on order despatch. Please be aware that customs clearance timescales are out with our influence. Air and sea freight options are available.

Delivery Issues

  • When you receive your order please sign the drivers manifest and confirm the goods have been received in good condition. If there are any damages to the item, please note this down and get confirmation from the driver. If this is not possible, please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims to our delivery partners. Once this has been done notify Build the Power Customer Service on 507-636-3614 quoting your job number and problem, we will sort out the rest.
  • If you have received the incorrect items, please notify Build the Power Customer Service on 507-636-3614 quoting your job number and problem and we will do our best to resolve this as soon as possible.
  • Goods being shipped internationally will be liable for all local taxes and duty to be paid by the receiver.


Additional Information

  • All items dispatched by Build the Power will require a customer’s signature at time of delivery.
  • Failed deliveries may result in additional charges and significant delays.
  • Lift Gates must be requested if required, it cannot be guaranteed that all deliveries will have one.
  • For most parcel deliveries you will receive an email prior to delivery providing tracking information however this is not always guaranteed.
  • Specific tracking information cannot be provided for pallet deliveries unless a timed service has not been met.
  • When the delivery is made parcel couriers will deliver to your door, pallet couriers provide kerb side service which entitles them to leave the goods at the side of the road. You must inform us prior to delivery if there are any access restrictions for large vehicles, we cannot guarantee small vehicles on all occasions. Any special delivery instructions must be made in the delivery comments when placing an order. Build the Power will not accept any liability if details have not been provided or have been provided incorrectly. Re-delivery/storage charges may apply.
  • Please be aware that public holidays can affect our ability to deliver however we will attempt to inform all of our customers when this will be an issue.

Build the Power endeavour to despatch your order as requested however if any extreme circumstances prevent us from doing this, we will advise you as soon as possible. In some cases, there may be circumstances out with our control which prevent your next day delivery taking place (traffic problems, bad weather etc.) again on these occasions we will update you as soon as possible and try offer the best resolution. Build the Power will take no responsibility and will incur no liability for any late delivery or any 3rd party costs.

Cancellation Policy

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, call our operations team or email sales@buildthepower.com. This must have been done before your order had been processed (including payment being taken). If your order is already on its way, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus any surplus costs accrued. If your item is custom built to your requirements, there will be a cancellation fee subject to the manufacturer's approval that goods can be cancelled.

Returns Policy

All goods can be returned to Build the Power within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be approved for a return before being sent back; this should be done by contacting our operations team at sales@buildthepower.com; once a returns number has been provided, please return your item in full resale condition. If goods are returned, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your order, shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are liable for any return transport costs to our warehouse. Goods should be shipped with a delivery company capable of providing proof of delivery as any item returned and lost in transit, we cannot be held responsible. If goods are found to be different from how they are described to our operations team, we reserve the right to reject your return. Custom Built items and batteries are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@buildthepower.com.

Warranty Policy

Build the Power is a distributor for many of the world's top manufacturers. As such, we do not hold the warranty for these parts; if you have a defective unit, you will be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty (if applicable). If you do suffer issues with your new product, please call 507-636-3614 or email sales@buildthepower.com, and we will direct you to the most appropriate place to have any warranty repairs carried out. Out-of-box failures are also covered by your warranty conditions, and you should contact the manufacturer's service line if repairs or replacements are required.
