All in stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Generally, orders placed before 1 PM EST are shipped same or next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Preorder items are generally shipped 1-3 days prior to the official release date, to ensure a timely delivery.

Any order containing both pre-order and in-stock items in the same cart will be shipped upon the arrival of the latest release ordered. Please check out pre-order and in-stock items in separate carts, unless you would like them all shipped together. If you need to split your order into 2 shipments, you can contact us at sales@buildthepower.com to request a second shipping label. 

Please confirm your shipping address is correct, you can type your address into google maps for an exact postal service format. Any rerouting or other fees are responsibility of the buyer.

Preorders

Preorders are items that are not currently in stock. They are ordered and reserved through the manufacturer for you on our behalf. Therefore, payment will be taken in advance.

After your pre-order is confirmed, your order is prepared for shipment immediately upon arrival of the items to our shipping facility.

Please understand that hot products are subject to allocation by manufacturers, and availability is not fully guaranteed. We only offer a small percentage of our inventory for pre-sale. Therefore, it is highly unlikely factors out of our control will affect pre-orders. However, in this highly unlikely scenario, you will be refunded in full.

We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time. However, once your order is placed, it will not be affected by any price adjustments.

As of 8/25/22, pre-orders are cancelable/refundable, however all cancelled or refunded preorders will be subject to our restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. *We sell factory sealed products, which may have factory inconsistencies in quality control, we are not responsible for factory issues with quality control, including torn outer wrappers, minor dents, dings, etc. We always do our best to ensure you receive the highest quality items every time.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The limited warranty period commences on the date the product is sold to the original consumer purchaser. A copy of the original purchase receipt identifying purchaser and date of purchase, must accompany the product to obtain warranty repairs.

This limited warranty does not apply to, and future warranty shall become void, for any product or part thereof damaged by: a) alteration, disassembly or application of a foreign substance, b) repair or service not rendered by a Build The Power authorized repair facility, c) accident or abuse, d) corrosion, e) lightning or other act of God, f) operation or
installation contrary to instructions pertaining to the product, or g) cosmetic aging.

If Build The Power's examination of the product determines that the product is not defective the consumer shall be charged a test and evaluation fee and be responsible for all transportation costs and insurance related to returning the product to the consumer. The consumer is ultimately responsible for proper installation and operation of the product and Build The Power's prior troubleshooting assistance shall not serve as a waiver of the test and evaluation fee.

The test and evaluation fee is subject to change without prior notice If within the coverage of this limited warranty, Build The Power shall repair or replace the product at Build The Power's sole discretion and return the product via standard ground transportation of Build The Power's choosing within the continental US. The consumer shall be responsible for all transportation costs and insurance to return the product outside the continental US, and for all transportation costs and insurance related to expedited return of the product. Build The Power's liability for any defective product or any part thereof shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product. Build The Power shall not be liable for any loss or damage to person or property, or any other damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise, caused by any defect in the product or any part thereof.

Any implied warranty for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the length of this warranty.

To obtain warranty repairs, contact Build The Power at sales@buildthepower.com to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Mark the outside of the package with the RGA number and return the product, postage prepaid and insured to the address below. The consumer is responsible for all transportation costs and insurance related to returning the product to Build The Power, and for any shipping damage which may void the warranty or increase the cost of repairs.
