1. Please note Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands can’t be shipped to now.
2. Please note we don't accept APO、FPO、DPO.
3. Please note that we don’t ship to PO Boxes so make sure to enter a physical address.
4. Please note that the shipping fee is determined by the order value after any discounts have been applied. Thank you!
5. When ordering from Build The Power, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Usually your order will not incur handling charges or customs duties.
6. We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the order has already shipped.
7. We know that professional installation is often required. Due to the possibility of unforeseen issues, we strongly recommend that you wait until the status of your order has been received and verified before making any work to begin using your new Build The Power product.

Return/ Refund/ Warranty Policy
We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with Build The Power. Please read below for more information about our return and refund policies.
1. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchases within 30 days of receipt, as long as the Build The Power porducts returned are new, undamaged and unmodified. In this case, BougeRV does not cover shipping costs for returns. If your item does not meet these requirements, we cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a return or exchange.
2. Build The Power will cover the shipping costs if you were shipped a defective or incorrect product.
3. If your purchase is out of stock, we will send you a notification and offer you the option to cancel the order or wait for your order to get back in stock.
4. Please do not return products without contacting us, as the address on the original package may not be the same as our return address.
5. Please note that Build The Power does not accept returns with product modifications as modifications to our products void our warranty policy. Any modified product received will be returned at the owner's expense.
