The consumer is ultimately responsible for proper installation and operation of the product and Build The Power's prior troubleshooting assistance shall not serve as a waiver of the test and evaluation fee.
The test and evaluation fee is subject to change without prior notice If within the coverage of this limited warranty, Build The Power shall repair or replace the product at Build The Power's sole discretion and return the product via standard ground transportation of Build The Power's choosing within the continental US. The consumer shall be responsible for all transportation costs and insurance to return the product outside the continental US, and for all transportation costs and insurance related to expedited return of the product. Build The Power's liability for any defective product or any part thereof shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product.
