SHIPPING

Build The Power offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of $200 or more, a signature may be required. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, you must let a representative know as soon as possible at 1-909-287-7111.

Please note that not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.

Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.

Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.

We understand that often professional installation is desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until you have received and verified the condition of your order before scheduling any work to commence with your new Build The Power products. Delivery to remote areas may incur additional cost up to $50 - $280.
Delivery to limited access areas such as schools or churches will incur additional cost starting at $50.
Deliveries that require a change of address or rescheduling will be subject to storage fees ($20/day) and/or rerouting fees ($75 - $300).

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam

Yes, Build The Power can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam via USPS for small parcels and UPS 2nd Day for larger packages, but cannot ship solar panels that over 320W. Part 1 Batteries and Power Stations

The products manufactured by Build The Power (the “Warrantor”) are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. The warranty is in effect from the date of purchase by the user (the “Purchaser”). This limited warranty covers substantial defects in material or workmanship and performance.

If any Build The Power product(s) fail to follow this Limited Warranty and any and all power loss is determined by the Warrantor’s technical support team then the Warrantor will either repair or replace the defective product(s) with a new or refurbished product(s). All replacements will be compatible with the original product(s) with an equal or even greater power rating (in some cases). If for any reason Build The Power is unable to repair or replace the defective product(s) then a refund can occur.

1.Prorated Warranty

Prorated warranted products manufactured by Build The Power (the “Warrantor”) are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. The warranty is in effect from the date of purchase by the user (the “Purchaser”). This limited warranty covers substantial defects in material or workmanship and performance and follows the guidelines of the Limited Warranty with the addition of the following table detailing exchange costs for warranty replacements for prorated warranty items.

3. Exclusions and Limitations for Batteries

Without the involvement of the Warrantor in the system design and the express written authorization from the Warrantor, the battery is not intended for use as the primary or backup power source for life support systems or other medical equipment, or any use where battery failure could lead to injury to or loss of life or catastrophic property damage. Use in this manner is at Purchaser’s own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Warrantor disclaims any and all liability arising out of any such use. Further, Warrantor reserves the right to refuse to service any battery used for these purposes and disclaims any and all liability arising out of Warrantor’s refusal to service.

The warranty does not cover failures and damages that result from normal wear and tear, improper installation, operation, and storage, insufficient ventilation, inadequate maintenance, incorrect handling and transportation, unauthorized repair, modifications, conversions and additions, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, and neglect, contamination with hazardous substances, radiation, and water (unless stated otherwise by the Warrantor to be waterproof), unusual electrical stress including power surges, uncontrolled voltages and currents, excessive or deficient energy supply, system harmonics, and lighting, exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures, and force majeure including fires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, severe weather, wars, and acts of terrorism.

For further clarity, the warranty is void in the following cases.

The battery operates outside the temperature range as set forth in the user manual and/or datasheet.

The battery bank is configured with mixed makes and/or models, incorrect series and/or parallel

The battery terminals are not tightened to the specification as set forth in the user manual and/or datasheet.

The battery is charged with charging algorithms and/or charger settings that do not comply with the requirements as set forth in the user manual and/or datasheet.

The battery is not properly protected from inrush currents with circuit breakers, fuses, and/or disconnects.

The battery is directly connected to DC motors without appropriate safety protection, motor controllers, and motor voltage clamping systems.

The battery is left unattended for extended periods of time after depletion.

The battery is not maintained or stored in accordance with the requirements as set forth in the user manual and/or datasheet.

The battery is subjected to excess vibration due to inadequate mounting.

The communication ports on the battery (if applicable) are damaged or altered.

The communication ports on the battery (if applicable) are not connected in accordance with the instructions as set forth in the user manual.

The battery is disassembled, altered, or repaired without express written authorization from the Warrantor.

In order to provide the warranty, Warrantor may require the ability to upgrade the battery firmware or provide data logged information. Any failure to install firmware upgrades when provided or to provide data logged information upon request will void the warranty.

If the Warrantor determines that the problem with the product(s) is not due to a manufacturing defect in the Warrantor’s workmanship or materials, or otherwise does not qualify for warranty repair, then the Purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred by the Warrantor necessary to repair, replace and transport the product(s). The Warrantor will not be responsible for expenses related to installation/removal, electrical system tests, loss of time or other expenses considered incidental damages.

General Conditions for Warranty Claims

For Workmanship and Material Warranty: If the Purchaser experiences any defects in materials and workmanship under normal application, such as defects and/or failures due to manufacturing or due to materials, it is their responsibility to contact the Warrantor’s technical support team. The technicians will offer steps and procedures to test the product(s), repair the product(s) or require the Purchaser to ship the product(s) to the technical support team if needed. Based on the outcome, the warranty service will then be in effect.

This warranty extends only to the original Purchaser. If gifted or resold the customer must go through the original Purchaser in order to claim warranty. Original order information is needed to claim warranty. If original order was shipped within the US, the Purchaser will be responsible for additional shipping costs out of the US. The Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy and the entire liability of the Warrantor, its suppliers and affiliates for breach of the warranty is, either to replace the product(s) or component parts of the product(s) and in some cases refund the product(s) cost. This warranty does not cover labor. Products that have been serviced or replaced under their warranty period do not receive extended warranties. Instead, the serviced/replaced product(s) will abide to the original warranty period issued when first purchased. No employee, agent, dealer or any other person is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of the Warrantor, not expressly set forth in this limitedwarranty.

Exclusions and Limitations

The warranty does not cover failures and damages that result from normal wear and tear, improper installation, operation, and storage, insufficient ventilation, inadequate maintenance, incorrect handling and transportation, unauthorized repair, modifications, conversions and additions, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, and neglect, contamination with hazardous substances, radiation, and water (unless stated otherwise by the Warrantor to be waterproof), unusual electrical stress including power surges, uncontrolled voltages and currents, excessive or deficient energy supply, system harmonics, and lighting, exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures, and force majeure including fires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, severe weather, wars, and acts of terrorism. If the Warrantor determines that the problem with the product(s) is not due to a manufacturing defect in the Warrantor’s workmanship or materials, or otherwise does not qualify for warranty repair, then the Purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred by the Warrantor necessary to repair, replace and transport the product(s). The Warrantor will not be responsible for expenses related to installation/removal, electrical system tests, loss of time or other expenses considered incidental damages.

The warranty shall be asserted with the Warrantor in writing enclosing a copy of the invoice and a description of the defect/loss of performance within the warranty period. The Warrantor shall accept no returns of product(s) without the previous written request for this. The Warrantor will provide the Purchaser with an RMA number and the location to which the Purchaser must return the defective product(s) in an efficient time manner. Any product(s) returned for valid warranty service shall be shipped at the expense and risk of the Warrantor. The Purchaser must return the product(s) (or, if authorized by the Warrantor, the defective component parts), within fifteen (15) days after issuance of the RMA number. The Warrantor will be under no obligation to accept any returned product(s) that does not have a valid RMA number. All parts that the Warrantor replaces shall become the Warrantor’s property on the date the Warrantor ships the repaired product(s) or part back to the Purchaser. The Warrantor will use all reasonable efforts within thirty (30) days of receipt of the defective product(s) to repair or replace such product(s). If a warranty claim is invalid for any reason, the Purchaser will be charged at the Warrantor’s then-current rates for services performed and will be charged for all necessary repairs and expenses incurred by the Warrantor. If the Warrantor determines that a warranty claim is valid, it will ship the repaired or replaced product(s) to the Purchaser at the Warrantor’s cost.

BUILD THE POWER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED

TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY IMPLIEDWARRANTYORCONDITION ARISINGOUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING, CUSTOMER OR USAGE OF TRADE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BUILD THE POWER OR ITS AFFILIATES OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL,

INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF BUILD THE POWER OR ITS AFFILIATE OR SUPPLIER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCHDAMAGE.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Neither Build The Power nor its affiliates or suppliers will be held liable or responsible for any damage or loss to any items or products connected to, powered by or otherwise attached to the Product. The total cumulative liability to the Purchaser, from all causes of action and all theories of liability, will be limited to and will not exceed the purchase price of the Product paid by the Purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state tostate.

Thank you for shopping with Renogy! Our goal is 100 percent customer satisfaction! But in the event something isn’t quite right, we've made the return process super easy.

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel transactions any time before Renogy begins the shipping process. The shipping process typically begins within 30 minutes of placement of the order. If unable to cancel an order before shipping, customers can make returns in accordance with Renogy’s Return Policy.

Returns

Items purchased from Renogy can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that Renogy will not accept returns beyond 30 days of delivery (this excludes returns for defects or quality issues which can be accepted after inspection and approval by Renogy).

Renogy 30-Day Return Policy

For returns of products purchased online at Renogy.com, customers need to contact Renogy customer service within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. To be eligible for return, items must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged, unmodified, and have a return authorization number provided by Renogy. Proof of purchase must be provided by the customer to begin the return process.

For Renogy products purchased from other authorized retailers or sellers please contact the seller where the item was originally purchased.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for product returns will be paid by Renogy under the following conditions:

Product was damaged during shipping or warehouse handling
Product defects
Incorrect product was delivered
Product(s) delivered were not ordered by the customer.

Original packing: it should be the original container or covering which is used to package the product, including all accessories, attachments as well as manual, etc.

Return authorization number: customer needs to first contact Renogy customer support team for getting the RMA number before returning the order.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs when product is returned under any other conditions. Costs vary by shipping location.

Renogy does NOT accept returns of items that have been modified in any way. Any modifications will render the Renogy warranty null and void. Any modified products returned to Renogy will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

For approved returns, Renogy will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Any shipping costs that the customer is responsible for will be deducted from any refund issued to the customer by Renogy.

Refunds

For returns related to customer preferences (not related to defects, shipping damage or wrong product delivered) made within the 30 day return period, a 10% ~ 15% restocking fee will be charged.
After receiving the returned item, Renogy will issue a refund within 7 ~ 10 business days. Renogy will notify the customer by email once the refund has been processed. If the refund isn’t received after 7~10 business days, please contact the Renogy Customer Support Team. All returned items will be inspected to insure they meet Renogy’s return policy.

Product Return Process

To request authorization for return, contact Renogy customer service. Once customers have contacted Renogy they will be asked to provide the reason for the return, and a receipt or proof of purchase.
The Renogy Customer Support Team will determine whether the purchase is eligible for return. After confirming the order is eligible, Renogy will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label. The customer must clearly mark the RMA number on the package and include the dated proof of purchase with the product.
For products being returned due to quality issues, which are beyond 30 days’ return period but within warranty period, Renogy will provide instructions on how to properly package the product to return it safely. Do not ship the product before receiving the proper shipping safety instructions.

Note: Do not return any items without the RMA confirmation from the Renogy Customer Support Team. For returns without RMA confirmation, the refund or replacement will not be processed, and the items will be returned to the sender.

The return and replace policies for the Renogy Day are subject to the specific requirements of the actual event day.

The prepaid return shipping label: it is provided by the logistics company with which Renogy has cooperation.

This policy applies only to Renogy products purchased in the United States through authorized sellers and channels.

SHIPPING

Build The Power offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of $200 or more, a signature may be required. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, you must let a representative know as soon as possible at 1-909-287-7111.

Please note that not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.

Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.

Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.

We understand that often professional installation is desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until you have received and verified the condition of your order before scheduling any work to commence with your new Build The Power products. While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. All orders must have a valid street address, expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes. Again, as mentioned above, not all items are eligible for Two Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.

Delivery to remote areas may incur additional cost up to $50 - $280.
Delivery to limited access areas such as schools or churches will incur additional cost starting at $50.
Deliveries that require a change of address or rescheduling will be subject to storage fees ($20/day) and/or rerouting fees ($75 - $300).

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam

Yes, Build The Power can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam via USPS for small parcels and UPS 2nd Day for larger packages, but cannot ship solar panels that over 320W. Part 1 Batteries and Power Stations

The products manufactured by Build The Power (the “Warrantor”) are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. The warranty is in effect from the date of purchase by the user (the “Purchaser”). This limited warranty covers substantial defects in material or workmanship and performance.

If any Build The Power product(s) fail to follow this Limited Warranty and any and all power loss is determined by the Warrantor’s technical support team then the Warrantor will either repair or replace the defective product(s) with a new or refurbished product(s). All replacements will be compatible with the original product(s) with an equal or even greater power rating (in some cases). If for any reason Build The Power is unable to repair or replace the defective product(s) then a refund can occur.

1.Prorated Warranty

Prorated warranted products manufactured by Build The Power (the “Warrantor”) are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. The warranty is in effect from the date of purchase by the user (the “Purchaser”). This limited warranty covers substantial defects in material or workmanship and performance and follows the guidelines of the Limited Warranty with the addition of the following table detailing exchange costs for warranty replacements for prorated warranty items.
