Its design eliminates the need to kneel on potentially hot roofs, bypassing tasks like installing flashing, manipulating shingles, or extracting nails. Installation is straightforward: anchor the mount using screws and apply sealant to the base. The FLASHLOC incorporates the innovative TRIPLE SEAL technology, ensuring the roof's longevity while establishing a steadfast, pressure-resistant seal around the penetration. Each kit comes complete with two rafter screws, sealant, and necessary hardware for ease of use (note: deck screws are not included).
